Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida or Wilmington, Delaware.

The Senior Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools, driving design, configuration, optimization, and long-term integrity of Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart to support efficient scheduling and a consistent patient and family experience across all access channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5)+ years' experience in a related role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior clinical, healthcare operations, or IT experience required.
• Epic module certification or relevant bedside technologies preferred after hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart with advanced certifications.
• Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization aligning with enterprise standards.
• Own large-scale implementations and upgrades across scheduling and engagement platforms.
• Conduct advanced workflow/system analysis translating needs into scalable designs.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and performance through governance and change control.
• Mentor associates, provide technical oversight, and support team capability.
• Monitor platform performance and drive targeted improvements.
