RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Integration Analyst for the Barnabas Health Medical Group in West Orange, NJ. The role focuses on optimizing scheduling workflows, coordinating with clinical stakeholders, and driving Epic-related changes with IT, including training material development and user validation.

The position is salaried, daytime shift, and located at 95 Old Short Hills Road, West Orange, NJ. A strong background in patient access and Epic Cadence certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum one year in customer service.
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare with emphasis in appointment scheduling.
• Epic Cadence Certification.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME in scheduling workflow representing the business to optimize centralized access services using technologies such as Epic advanced decision tree logic, Epic CRM, scheduling templates and protocols.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to identify and mitigate scheduling issues or barriers to access and design solutions.
• Facilitate all patient access Epic related changes with IT to provide timelines and go-live/change management support.
• Act as liaison between business units, IT and front-end users; schedule and facilitate all business requirement sessions and create operational workflows for assigned projects.
• Create and facilitate training materials, user training/validation, and provide general access contact center support for process changes.
