Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and end-user training.
- Epic certification preferred for PB & HB Claims.
- Strong customer service orientation and proactive support for internal users.
- 2–5 years in healthcare, especially Revenue Cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Epic Revenue Cycle application support and training to users.
- Manage system maintenance, upgrades and optimal Epic utilization.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and Epic reps to align with business needs.
- Deliver end-user training and on‑the‑elbow support as needed.
