Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute HB/PB and Claims.
• Translate business needs into Epic system solutions.
• Support claim generation, remittance processing, and denial management.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT teams.
• Create documentation and participate in testing and go-live.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
