Job summary

Requires two years in healthcare or information systems and Epic certification(s) with completion within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years in healthcare or information systems related positions.
• Epic certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application; must complete within 12 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between assigned departments, clinical end users and IS personnel.
• Supports the departments and staff during and post implementation of assigned applications/systems.
• Provides technical assistance and support to expert users.
• Performs project status reporting and ensures documentation is complete.
