Planet Group is seeking an Epic Professional Billing Claims Analyst II to join its Revenue Cycle Applications team. The role focuses on design, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Epic Professional Billing Claims workflows, supporting major system initiatives.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Epic PB Claims functionality, analyzing revenue cycle workflows, supporting workqueues and billing workflows, and collaborating with operations and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Epic PB or HB analyst/build experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and Epic PB/HB functionality.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Professional Billing Claims functionality.
• Analyze and troubleshoot revenue cycle workflows and system issues.
• Support claims configuration, workqueues, billing workflows, and application enhancements.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle operations, technical teams, and other Epic application analysts.
• Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and new implementation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, change control records, and ServiceNow tickets.
