Jobot is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consulting Epic Research Analyst (APeX Research) to join our dynamic healthcare team in San Francisco. This role blends clinical research operations, Epic build and configuration, workflow optimization, and end‑user support to improve research workflows and system usability.

You will design, build, test, and implement Epic features such as SmartForms, MyChart messages, BPAs, and OrderSets, while collaborating with end users and technical teams to

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification in research is required; ambulatory certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Epic workflows and build/configuration.

Responsibilities

• Optimize APeX research operations by analyzing documentation, workflows, and system configurations.
• Resolve end-user issues by researching, documenting, and coordinating with technical teams.
• Design and maintain Epic features such as SmartForms, MyChart messages, and e-Consents.
• Configure BPAs, SmartSets, and OrderSets to enhance clinical research workflows.
• Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for Research Study Management interfaces.
• Identify risks and design APeX-based solutions to mitigate issues.
• Develop test scenarios and conduct thorough testing to verify functionality.
