Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience in clinical applications or healthcare IT.
• Epic Research certification is required.
• Experience with Epic workflows, security templates and dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize research operations by analyzing and refining clinical documentation and workflows.
• Investigate, document, and resolve end-user issues by coordinating with technical teams.
• Design, configure, and maintain Epic features (SmartForms, MyChart Recruitment Messages, e-Consents).
• Configure BPAs, SmartSets, and OrderSets to improve research workflows and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and support Research Study Management and Enrollment interfaces.
• Identify risks and implement system-based solutions to protect workflow continuity.
• Develop test scenarios and execute system testing to validate functionality.
• Prepare functional specifications covering clinical processes and information flow.
• Provide ongoing user support and maintenance for applications.
• Collaborate with coordinators, clinicians, and researchers to tailor functionality.
