Job summary

JobScore, Inc. is seeking an Epic Research Analyst for a 3-month remote assignment with a leading medical institution. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and implementing Epic systems to support clinical research workflows.

You will customize features like SmartForms and MyChart, optimize BPAs/SmartSets/OrderSets, and provide ongoing end-user support to ensure data integrity and efficient study operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Epic Research certification.
• Knowledge of 1-2 clinical applications in research workflows.
• Advanced build experience with SmartTexts, SmartTools, Docs Flowsheets, OrderSets, SmartSets, BPAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and implement Epic clinical application systems for research workflows.
• Customize Epic features (SmartForms, MyChart Recruitment Messages, e-Consents) for research needs.
• Configure BPAs, SmartSets, and OrderSets to align with study objectives and workflows.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Research Study Management interfaces.
• Identify risks and design Epic-based solutions to protect data integrity.
