Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst (RTE/RTA) for a remote, 3-month contract to support daily operations, optimize workflows, and assist with an upcoming RTA go-live. The role requires Epic Referrals and Authorizations certifications, strong WQ and build/testing experience, and collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
Quarterly travel to Tallahassee is required. Proficiency in Epic referrals, authorizations, and testing, plus experience supporting
Qualifications
- Epic Referrals Certification and Epic Authorizations Certification are required.
- Strong experience with Epic referrals, authorizations, and work queues.
- Hands-on build, optimization, testing, and workflow analysis.
- Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support operational incidents, requests, builds, and optimization initiatives.
- Assist with testing, upgrades, workflow improvements, and end-user support.
- Travel quarterly to Tallahassee for Epic upgrade activities.
- Contribute to RTA go-live readiness scheduled for October.
