Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Prelude / Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Analyst for a remote, contract engagement focused on supporting and optimizing patient access workflows in a large Epic environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Prelude and RTE configuration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting through the end of 2026.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) build experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Epic Prelude build experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient access, registration, and eligibility verification workflows.
• Experience supporting service requests, enhancements, and operational optimization efforts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) service requests and enhancement initiatives.
• Design, build, test, and maintain RTE workflows and configurations.
• Configure and optimize Prelude functionality to support patient registration and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and resolve issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
• Provide recommendations to improve eligibility verification accuracy and overall patient access efficiency.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
