Qualifications
- Epic Referrals Certification is required.
- Epic RTE or RTA Certification is required.
- Experience supporting Epic Referrals and Authorizations in a healthcare setting.
- Strong Work Queue design, optimization, and management experience.
- Experience conducting workflow assessments and leading optimization initiatives.
- Hands-on Epic build and configuration experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize referral and authorization workflows.
- Design, build, and configure Epic Referrals, Authorizations, and Work Queues.
- Lead workflow discovery and future-state design sessions.
- Support testing, validation, issue resolution, and user adoption activities.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, analysts, and project stakeholders.
- Track optimization outcomes and support upgrade-related activities.
