Qualifications

Epic Referrals Certification is required.
Experience supporting and building within Epic Referrals.
Strong understanding of patient access and referral workflows.
Experience working as an Epic Analyst in a healthcare environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the Epic Referrals application.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
Partner with Patient Access and operational stakeholders on workflow improvements.
Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.
