Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst to support daily operations, workflow optimization, and an upcoming RTA go-live. The consultant will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance patient access workflows and support an upcoming RTA go-live.
This contract role is remote, with quarterly travel to Tallahassee for Epic upgrade activities. It requires Epic Referrals and Authorizations certifications and hands-on experience with builds, testing, and
Qualifications
- Epic Referrals Certification required.
- Epic Authorizations Certification required.
- Strong Epic Referrals, Authorizations, and Work Queue (WQ) experience.
- Hands-on build, optimization, testing, and workflow analysis experience.
- Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support operational incidents, requests, builds, and optimization initiatives.
- Assist with testing, upgrades, workflow improvements, and end-user support.
- Quarterly travel to Tallahassee required for Epic upgrade activities.
- RTA go-live scheduled for October.
