Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and CDI, coding, billing, and A/R analytics, ensuring end-to-end workflow from documentation to revenue. You will apply user-centered design and agile methods to improve adoption, quality and safety.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, and operations to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, deliver training materials, and govern Epic assessments

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Highly collaborative with senior stakeholders and able to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with experience working with analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define the product roadmap and manage backlog to support strategic goals; assess value and business cases.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to translate needs into solutions.
• Work with design to create intuitive Epic-based products and document requirements.
• Define and manage launches, create end-user training materials, and drive iterative improvements.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation reviews.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent.
