WellSpan Health seeks an Epic Credentialed Trainer to lead training and support for the Epic application and related systems, focusing on physicians and APCs. You will complete credentialing within 60 days, deliver training using Epic standards, and collaborate with Epic Principal Trainers to maintain curriculums and develop new learning solutions.

Formación

• Credentialing as an Epic Credentialed Trainer within 60 days required
• 3 years relevant experience in healthcare IT or training
• 1 year experience supporting healthcare applications in clinical settings preferred

Responsabilidades

• Maintain proficiency with physician/APC workflows in EHR environments
• Provide real-time end-user support on-site and remotely
• Lead, deliver and maintain Epic education services as lead trainer
• Develop and distribute training communications, tip sheets, and curricula
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders on training scopes and initiatives
