Job summary

The Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Epic Credentialed Trainer to deliver high-quality training, implementation support, and optimization for Epic and related healthcare technologies. This role focuses on empowering clinicians to use Epic effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflows.

You will conduct both classroom and shoulder-to-shoulder training, provide on-site support, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Hands-on experience with Epic EHR in a clinical or operational setting.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and shoulder-to-shoulder training for Epic and related technologies.
• Provide on-site training and support; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Develop educational materials and learning programs with Epic Analysts.
• Lead pre-go-live preparation and support for new department go-lives.
• Collaborate with nursing and end users to maximize end-user proficiency.
