Job summary

Luminis Health Clinical Enterprises is seeking a Lead Epic Credentialed Trainer to lead Epic education across the ambulatory health system. You will partner with Principal and Credentialed Trainers to ensure effective updates, content dissemination, and support of clinical and non-clinical workflows.

You will conduct onsite training, supervise 30–60–90 day competency follow-ups, and guide new hire development to ensure system adoption.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in ambulatory care or related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of staff development theory and adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite training sessions and remote/classroom delivery.
• Conduct 30–60–90 day follow-ups.
• Mentor CTs and PTs to ensure consistent training delivery.
• Communicate Epic updates and training content to staff.
• Support building/modifying Epic templates to optimize workflows.
