Job summary

University Health is seeking a dedicated Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst within the Pharmacy Informatics team. You will serve as the primary support contact for the Epic application, focusing on inpatient workflows and end-user satisfaction.

You will design, build, and test system configurations, provide technical guidance, and manage complex tasks related to implementation and operation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required or PharmD preferred.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Pharmacy Informatics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Epic Willow Inpatient analyst experience preferred but not required.
• Epic experience in inpatient healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Work experience may substitute for formal education.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass Epic pre-assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for the Epic application in the Inpatient team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to meet workflow requirements and end-user needs.
• Provides technical expertise, project management, and guidance in Epic implementation and operation.
• Organizes and schedules major and complex computer system tasks, including programming, in a timely and proficient manner.
