Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Epic Willow Inpatient analyst to provide expert-level Willow support in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient modules and ensure reliable system configuration and testing.

The role requires 5–7 years of Epic experience including Willow Inpatient, a PharmD or PhD in Pharmacy, and Willow Inpatient certification.

Advanced critical and analytical thinking proficiencies.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Document current workflow and propose optimized future workflows for planned application changes.
Design and build recommended system enhancements for pharmacy and medication order related scenarios; propose configuration options and demonstrate prototypes.
Create test scripts, timelines, and plans; test configuration and processes across Epic applications; coordinate user testing.
Provide tier-two support to end-users remotely and in-person; act as liaison between users and vendors; coordinate fixes with vendors.
Coordinate deployment of changes with training and operations; mentor associate and intermediate analysts; implement Willow Inpatient modules for the Multi‑Specialty Research Hospital Settings.
