Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks a Willow Inpatient analyst to support Epic Willow within a fast-paced environment. The role collaborates with other application teams to achieve development and implementation objectives for Epic Willow inpatient modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Epic Willow Inpatient experience, pharmacist licensure, and Willow Inpatient certification, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on complex Epic Willow projects.
• Advanced critical and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Workflow: document current workflows and propose optimized future ones.
• Design and Build: suggest configurations for pharmacy and medication orders.
• Test: create and execute test scripts and plans for changes.
• Support: provide tier-two support remotely and in-person; liaise with vendors.
• Coordinate deployment of changes with training and operations.
• Mentor junior analysts and aid Willow Inpatient implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PhD in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree
