Job summary

University Health is seeking a dedicated Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst within the Pharmacy Informatics team. You will serve as the primary support contact for the Epic application, focusing on inpatient workflows and end-user satisfaction.

You will design, build, and test system configurations, provide technical guidance, and manage complex tasks related to implementation and operation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required or PharmD preferred.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Pharmacy Informatics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Epic Willow Inpatient analyst experience preferred but not required.
• Epic experience in inpatient healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Work experience may substitute for formal education.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass Epic pre-assessment test.

Job description

Organizes and schedules a variety of major and/or complex computer system tasks, including programming, in a timely and proficient manner.

Individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other UH staff and perform other duties as assigned or defined in the performance evaluation and in the UH policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.

Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Pharmacy Informatics preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience as an Epic Willow Inpatient analyst preferred but not required. Epic experience in an inpatient healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Work experience may be substituted for formal education requirement. Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
