Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring a Learning Specialist to drive adoption of Quality Reporting, Healthy Planet tools, and Epic workflows across a national network. You will build and deliver learning programs, create user guides, and run coaching sessions to meet clinical and operational needs.

You will monitor training impact, support change management, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve system usage and regulatory readiness, while advancing professional development and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years in training, course development, or instructional design.
• Healthcare experience with EPIC EHR is preferred.
• Certification in Epic Resolute PB/HB is desirable; billing credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs across Epic modules and workflows.
• Lead workflow validation, gap analysis, and coaching sessions (virtual and onsite).
• Create guides, lesson plans, videos, and documentation for adult learners.
• Support change management and process improvements with cross‑functional teams.
