OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Epic Learning Coach to optimize and personalize Epic workflows across our member organizations. You will evaluate workflows, influence leadership decisions, and drive improvements aligned with best practices.

You will deliver engaging training for diverse audiences, coach teams on adoption, and help design learning programs. This remote role requires travel up to 20% nationally and collaboration with internal departments on special projects.

Qualifications

• Epic Experience Required.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Cogito or Patience Access preferred.
• Experience in Epic Reporting tools (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle).
• Experience supporting Epic users preferred.
• Competency assessment before team interview.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with member leadership and executive stakeholders to assess workflows and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences across multiple modalities during and after Epic go-lives.
• Provide workflow coaching and best-practice recommendations to members and internal staff.
• Design, develop, and enhance learning programs and training aids; analyze feedback and learning data.
• Collaborate with other departments on special projects and workflow improvement efforts.
• Configure Epic components, document changes, and mentor peers.
• Other duties as assigned.
