Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks an Epic Principal Trainer for Resolute HB/PB to design and deliver education programs across Epic HB and PB. You will partner with operational leaders, IS teams, and trainers to drive curriculum, environments, and credentialing for successful implementations and workflow optimizations.

The role requires expertise in Epic education, strong instructional design, and the ability to mentor a team of Credentialed Trainers while advancing standardized training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of healthcare operational experience utilizing Epic applications and strong knowledge of workflows.
• Experience developing educational programs and curriculum for Epic implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate Epic training programs for HB/PB applications.
• Lead educational initiatives and mentor Credentialed Trainers.
• Coordinate credentialing activities and ensure standardized Epic education across the organization.
