Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a fully remote Supervisor for Epic PB and PB Claims applications to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive process improvements. The role requires supervising staff, enhancing workflows, and ensuring high-quality service across our nationwide network.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims experience, with at least 3 years in Epic Resolute module builds, and a strong background in Healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an Epic Application Analyst role with 1 year of supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is required.
• Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate a team of Epic analysts to meet organizational and member needs.
• Support manager and team in developing effective workflows and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan learning deliverables and go-live support for new sites and expansions.
• Develop and evolve processes for resource planning and staff onboarding.
