OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for Epic Reporting and Maintenance to lead daily operations of the Epic Reporting and maintenance teams.

You will establish processes, coordinate resources, and deliver projects while guiding staff development and ensuring quality service to member organizations. The role combines technical oversight with people leadership, requiring strategic thinking, training capabilities, and hands-on collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressive growth in field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Management experience or Leadership roles within technical teams highly preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities focused on bringing people together to execute needs.
• Strong communication skills – clear speaking and active listening.
• Ability to provide training and personal development to team members.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Prior work history with people management skills including conflict resolution and facilitation.
• Strong systems thinking ability.
• Entrepreneurial work or business experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• People and Team Management: staff training, goal setting, workload allocation, performance reviews, HR issue handling, coaching, timecard oversight, and ensuring customer service quality.
• BI Management and Process Improvement: analyze and implement Epic Reporting initiatives, manage projects, create workflows, drive process improvements, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
