Job summary

South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS seeks a Patient Experience Applications Analyst to design, build, test, implement, and optimize Epic patient experience applications and technologies affecting patient access, engagement, and outcomes.

As the primary owner for the portfolio, you will work with operational leaders, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and IS teams to deploy MyChart, MyChart Bedside, Welcome, Cheers Campaigns, and related tools, ensuring reliable performance

Qualifications

• Two to three years of healthcare information systems or patient experience operations.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Epic patient-facing experience and/or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic patient experience applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement patient access and engagement workflows.
• Support upgrades, deployments, and go-lives for Epic modules.
• Develop documentation and provide end-user guidance.
