Job summary

South Central Regional Medical Center is seeking a Patient Experience Applications Analyst to lead and optimize Epic Patient Experience applications across patient access, engagement, and education workflows.

You will partner with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Population Health, and IS teams to implement solutions that improve patient access and outcomes, support upgrades, and drive adoption of digital patient tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Patient Experience applications and related technologies.
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into Epic configurations.
• Knowledge of patient engagement and digital health workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst for assigned Epic Patient Experience apps and integrations.
• Design, configure, test, implement, maintain, and optimize patient‑facing Epic functionality.
• Monitor performance, resolve incidents, and manage tickets and requests.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT teams to drive adoption of digital tools.
• Lead or participate in upgrades, go‑lives, and post‑live stabilization.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and change‑management practices.
