Job summary
Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Epic MyChart Analyst to provide advanced Epic MyChart build, optimization, and support across medium to large projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver effective solutions that enhance the patient experience.
The role requires 4+ years of Epic MyChart development and certification. You will drive patient engagement via the MyChart portal, perform workflow analysis, and contribute to testing and documentation efforts
Qualifications
- Four or more years of Epic MyChart build/implementation experience.
- Experience with Direct/Open scheduling, e‑Check in, TeleHealth, MyChart mobile app, Result Release.
- Epic reporting and data analytics knowledge a plus.
- Epic MyChart certification required; Cadence/Ambulatory modules preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and build documentation with internal and external teams.
- Design and optimize our MyChart platform to increase patient happiness.
- Drive patient engagement through the patient portal.
- Run queries to report metrics and monitor system performance.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide off‑hours end user support.
- Develop and validate testing plans and scenarios.
