Job summary
Insight Global seeks an Epic Patient Experience Analyst to optimize patient engagement across care journeys using MyChart and related Epic applications. You will align clinical, operational, and patient experience teams to improve portal adoption and satisfaction.
The role requires hands-on MyChart support, HIPAA/privacy knowledge, and strong project management capabilities within healthcare settings.
Qualifications
- Epic Certification in MyChart or related Patient Experience app is required.
- 3+ years in Epic analyst, healthcare IT, or application support roles.
- Hands-on MyChart Patient Portal support experience.
- Experience with patient-facing technologies and digital engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of patient and family communication workflows.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy regulations, and proxy access.
- Experience with workflow analysis, testing, and optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Support MyChart Patient Portal configurations and related Epic apps.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and patient experience teams.
- Design and optimize patient outreach campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Assist with staying compliant with privacy and consent requirements.
