Job summary

Gundersen Health System seeks an Application Analyst Associate – SER (Scheduling, Eligibility & Registration) to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize scheduling, registration, eligibility, and access solutions that improve patient and caregiver experiences.

Starting salary is $65,000/year with 80 hours biweekly; remote options for WI residents with occasional on-site in WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access workflows, or Epic applications preferred.
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms (Okta) a plus.
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic patient access applications and related workflows.
• Troubleshoot basic application issues and provide end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to optimize system performance and workflows.
• Monitor applications during maintenance, upgrades and implementations; ensure data integrity.
