Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an Application Analyst Associate to support Epic patient access applications and related workflows across scheduling, eligibility, and registration. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize user experiences and data integrity.

The role offers 80 hours biweekly, Monday–Friday core hours, and remote work options for WI, MN, or IA residents with occasional on-site support in La Crosse or Green Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications or patient access workflows preferred.
• Experience with Epic applications such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or RTE preferred.
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, is a plus.
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic patient access applications, including Scheduling, Eligibility, Registration, and related workflows.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
• Monitors applications for issues during maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
