Gundersen Health System seeks an Application Analyst Associate – SER (Scheduling, Eligibility & Registration) to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. We are seeking an Application Analyst Associate – SER (Scheduling, Eligibility & Registration) to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to maintain and optimize scheduling, registration, eligibility, and patient access solutions that enhance both the patient and caregiver experience. Support Epic patient access applications, including Scheduling, Eligibility, Registration, and related workflows. Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday core business hours Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI. Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position. Starting salary of $65,000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education Experience: Experience supporting healthcare applications, patient access workflows, or Epic applications preferred. Experience with Epic applications such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) is preferred. Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, is a plus. Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required. Strong analytical and problem solving experience Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly
