Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Epic Grand Central to optimize scheduling and patient access workflows. You will partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure reliable scheduling and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include supporting Epic Grand Central, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and ensuring system reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Grand Central certification is required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving experience.
• Understanding of scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements with operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
• Monitors applications during maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
