Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) seeks an Analyst I, Patient Access to optimize Epic Patient Access workflows in Boston, MA. The role supports scheduling, registration, referrals, and insurance verification while improving data integrity and the patient experience.

You will work under the Director of Applications, collaborating with operational and clinical teams, providing on-call support, and aiding staff training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Patient Access workflows such as registration, scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, preferably Epic, and revenue cycle processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze and improve patient access workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Epic Patient Access applications (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals, MyChart).
• Assist with implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic Patient Access functionality.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting registration and scheduling workflows.
• Coordinate testing/validation for upgrades; ensure proper testing before deployment.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to optimize workflows.
