• At least three years of experience supporting Epic Patient Access applications, including build, configuration, testing, implementation, optimization, and production support.
• Experience with Cadence, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, business, and technical processes to develop system solutions for Epic Patient Access.
• Manage upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical and application assistance for patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and eligibility workflows.
• Document configurations and workflows and coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
