Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst III to lead senior-level configuration, testing and implementation across complex patient access workflows. You will align registration, billing and data exchange through unified Cadence and Prelude platforms, collaborating with enterprise architecture, clinical operations, and revenue management to optimize the front-end revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Epic Prelude and Cadence, including a full implementation.
• Experience integrating Prelude, Cadence, and other patient access apps (e.g., MyChart).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale patient access projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects involving Prelude and Cadence to design and implement end-to-end patient access workflows.
• Execute comprehensive testing plans with the team and stakeholders.
• Oversee validation strategy, regression testing, and release planning for Prelude and Cadence initiatives.
• Show strong proficiency in Cadence and Prelude and drive process improvements.
• Mentor analysts, guiding their growth in Prelude and Cadence.
• Serve as primary technical liaison to operational workgroups for scheduling and registration.
• Champion best practices for system build and workflow design across patient access landscape.
• Develop and oversee integrated testing strategies for major enhancements.
