Xtensys seeks an Epic Applications Analyst – OpTime Anesthesia to join our remote team. You will provide intermediate-level, system-level support for multi-user Epic applications, focusing on OpTime Anesthesia, and collaborate with IT, clinical and financial teams.

You'll lead installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support, while contributing to project planning, deployments, and workflow improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic software and systems analysis.
• Experience supporting clinical or financial applications.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Gather requirements from clinical/operational teams and translate into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and financial teams to improve workflows and user experience.
