Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite, focusing on questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Epic applications certification is required (one or more).
- Experience with MyChart questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows.
Responsibilities
- Document and recommend workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
- Partner with external vendors for integration/implementation and troubleshooting of third‑party applications.
- Solve incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
- Serve as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams; perform quality reviews of team builds.
- Develop training materials and knowledge-based resources for peers and end-users.
- Oversee configuration of systems to meet client specifications and assist with project roadmaps.
