Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite, focusing on build/configuration, testing, and activation workflows. This role partners with clinical operations, privacy, and HIM to ensure compliant patient access and consent decisions.
The position is fully remote with occasional on-site requirements yearly and standard Monday–Friday hours. Epic MyChart certification is highly preferred, along with strong project and testing experience.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Nine years of professional experience with progression toward degree may substitute.
Responsabilidades
- Documents and recommends workflow and designs to support business requirements.
- Partners with vendors for integration and support of third‑party apps.
- Performs quality review of team builds and ensures documentation standards.
- Acts as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Develops testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
- Oversees configuration of hardware with software to meet client specs.
- Supports business reporting needs and on‑call responsibilities.
