Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and patient experience applications. You will design, configure, and optimize patient-facing workflows, test results release, and proxy access while collaborating with clinical operations, privacy, and HIM teams.

The role is fully remote with occasional on-site presence; standard hours Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM; certification on Epic applications is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Epic MyChart certification is required.
Experience with MyChart configurations and patient access workflows is essential.
Certification on Epic applications is preferred and maintained.

Responsibilities

Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs.
Partners with vendors for third‑party integrations.
Solves incidents and problems per service levels.
Acts as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams.
Develops testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs.
