Job summary

Sentara Health seeks experienced Epic professionals to support multiple opportunities across clinical, revenue cycle, and EpicAccess teams in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include building/configuring applications, workflow analysis, testing, upgrades, and ongoing support, collaborating with clinical, revenue, and technical stakeholders.

Applicants should have Epic certifications or proficiency, and experience with data analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology or workflows.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and self-management.
• Curious and quick to learn with strong exploratory analysis skills.
• Enjoys collaborating to find solutions to questions.
