Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build leadership, or healthcare IT delivery.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading large scale Epic implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical Epic Install Analyst organization responsible for system build and delivery.
• Ensure go-live readiness through structured validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Monitor and improve post-install performance outcomes using data.
