Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks a Director of Install Project Management to steer its implementation portfolio, delivering 40+ ambulatory, acute care, Tribal, PACE, and expansion projects annually with rigor and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will lead a team of project managers for enterprise Epic deployments, shaping governance, standards, and performance expectations across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP or CAPM certificate, or five years leading EHR implementations required.
• Certification in Epic module(s) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of professional business experience, preferably in a healthcare and IT setting.
• Experience managing and directing seven or more direct reports and a team of 30+ staff.
• Experience with project management systems, tools and tasks.
• Must have proven success in internal and external relationship management at all levels.
• Must have technical aptitude to collaborate with members.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar PM system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of more than 40 implementations annually across various care programs.
• Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Establish and maintain implementation governance, methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Provide executive oversight of implementation planning, execution, stabilization, and transition to operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance via KPIs, milestones, financial metrics, and satisfaction measures.
• Forecasting, portfolio reporting, resource planning and capacity management.
