Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Application Analyst HB/HB Claims Install Analyst to support Epic applications for member clinics. You will configure complex Epic modules, collaborate with billing offices, and guide project teams through Go-Lives and dress rehearsals in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Healthcare IT, Epic certifications, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 15% for on-site installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role.
• Minimum 2 certifications with preference for Epic Resolute HB, Charge Router or CDM, SBO (HB preferred).
• Work history in Healthcare IT required.
• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Informatics or CS preferred) or combination with 5-7 years of experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication with both application and technical teams and end users.
• Travel up to 10-15% for Go Lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, defining, delegating and managing build deliverables.
• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic, external financial clearinghouses, and related products.
• Serve as SME for project scoping, technical design, and process improvement.
• Consult with installing member billing offices, identifying workflows and regulatory requirements, and suggest build solutions.
• Translate and design customized Epic financial build logic when standard options are not available.
• Provide weekly financial updates and project status reports throughout the life of each project.
• Act as project and technical consultant and mentor other analysts.
• Lead trainings and workgroups for members and document build specifications.
• Collaborate with other teams to address integration issues and support Go-Lives.
• Travel up to 15% for on-site Go-Live support as needed.
