Qualifications

• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle applications preferred (e.g., Welcome, Prelude, Cadence).

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic install analysts teams to meet portfolio goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Billing, Data Services.
• Ensure quality, readiness, and stabilization of implementations across workflows.
• Oversee planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Foster a collaborative environment and executive escalation when needed.
