Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks a Director, Install Project Management to lead a portfolio of 40+ Epic implementations yearly, driving rigor, consistency, and outcomes across ambulatory, acute, Tribal, PACE, and expansion programs.

You will oversee project managers, establish governance, and ensure readiness for long-term value in patient care and operations. The role reports to executive leadership and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement in a 100% remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with experience required.
• PM certification (PMP or CAPM) or five years leading EHR implementations required.
• Epic module certification strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare and IT, with project leadership experience.
• Experience managing seven+ direct reports and 30+ staff.
• Familiarity with project management systems and tools.
• Proven ability to manage internal/external relationships at all levels.
• Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with members; Smartsheet/MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of 40+ implementations annually across ambulatory, acute care, Tribal, PACE, and expansion programs.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery aligned to objectives.
• Establish governance, standards, tools, and best practices for consistency and quality.
• Provide executive oversight of planning, execution, stabilization and transition to operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance via KPIs, milestones, financials, and satisfaction.
• Forecast, report, plan resources, and manage capacity.
• Drive member outcomes and customer success with stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and executive governance forums.
• Coach and develop a high-performing PM team; support succession planning.
