Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT PM
• Deep Epic expertise with Epic software modules and tools
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope
• Proven leadership, ownership, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong collaboration across senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Data-driven mindset and analytics partnership to assess impact
• Strong problem solving and execution skills
• Experience with change management and driving user adoption

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational needs
• Own full product lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor assessment
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs
• Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and project plans
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to define value and OKRs
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile sprints
• Maintain risk/issue logs with escalation and resolution paths
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
• Deliver executive-level product status, risks, and decisions
• Develop testing governance for Epic assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with training to support readiness and adoption of releases
• Support recruitment and development of product talent in a global context
