Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management or healthcare informatics/health IT.
• Deep Epic platform expertise including configuration or management of Epic modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership with ability to coordinate resources and drive outcomes.
• Highly collaborative with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational needs.
• Owns full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go‑live, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution plans with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product vision with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
• Develop risk/issue logs and escalation pathways across technical and operational domains.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability; deliver exec reporting.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops with training and change management teams.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
